Smoking Policy?

Per your contract and California fire code, smoking is not permitted in our building or studios, this includes tobacco and marijuana. Vaping is permitted only. You may have not been cited for smoking indoors previously, however, fire inspections are done routinely and we cannot have any smoking in the building. Please confirm that any and all smoking will take place outside. This is your official warning and any future violations will be subject to a fine of $25-$50.00 per violation. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the studios a smoke free environment.
